Why we exist
Every business has a job that should not need a person.
Somebody opens the same tabs every morning, copies the same records between the same two systems, and rebuilds the same report on a Monday. It follows a rule, so software can do it. It usually does not get built because everyone is busy doing it.
The firms that would build it price it like an enterprise project, and the off-the-shelf tool covers most of the job and leaves the rest to a human. SoftOut sits in that gap: the missing piece, built properly, shaped around how you already work.

What gets built, what it costs, and the timeline for your project, agreed before any work starts. Nothing about the number arrives after the fact.
You see it running before you sign off
On your data, doing the job it was built for. A demo on sample records proves nothing about the mess your real data is in.
We stay on after it ships
Software that runs daily needs someone who knows it. We keep it running and change it as the work changes, rather than handing over a repository and disappearing.
