600 creators contacted a month, without anyone doing it by hand.
Jace Richards sells peptides and grows through creators. Finding them was costing him the best hours of his day.

The problem
An hour a day, gone.
Jace found creators by hand. He dug through follower lists and reels to work out who was a fit, then wrote each one a message. Five to ten minutes per creator, every one of them, and none of it could run while he did anything else.
The ceiling was his own calendar. On a busy day nobody got contacted, and on a slow day he was doing data entry.
What we built
A system that does the whole loop.
Software that finds the creators, sends the messages, and tracks every conversation in one place. Instagram caps how much outreach an account can do, so it works inside that limit rather than against it: twenty creators a day, every day, with nobody touching it.
Replies land in one view with the history attached, so a conversation from three weeks ago is still a conversation and not a cold start.
The result
600 a month, and about thirty hours back.
Twenty creators a day is six hundred a month, running whether or not Jace opens the app. The hour a day he was spending on it is his again.
“The software saved us a lot of time. We don’t have to keep track of follow-ups or reach out as constantly. We can work on other parts of the business and still sign people in the background.”
Is something in your week shaped like this?
If a person on your team is the bottleneck on a job that follows a rule, that is the one to talk about. Fifteen minutes.
